Can my doctor send my prescription directly to you?
Yes. Ask your doctor's office to fax it to 403-906-4876. Please let us know it is coming so we can watch for it.

Do you bill my insurance?
Yes, we bill your insurance provider directly. Have your insurance information ready when you call or visit.
I am new. How do I get started?
Call us or visit the pharmacy and we will help you transfer your prescriptions, or ask your doctor to fax a new prescription to us.
How do I book a strep test?
Call us at 825-853-9191 during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Tell us your symptoms and we will let you know when to come in, what the test costs and what to expect. Read more about strep testing.

How long before my trip should I get travel vaccines?
As early as you can, ideally 6 to 8 weeks before you leave. Some vaccines need more than one dose spread over weeks, and some take time to build protection. If your trip is coming up soon, call us anyway, because we can often still help.
Which vaccines do you provide?
We offer seasonal and routine vaccines, such as influenza and COVID-19, and vaccines for travel. Availability changes with the season and supply, and some are publicly funded while others are paid for privately. Call us to ask about a specific vaccine. Read more about vaccinations.
Do I need an appointment for a vaccine?
Please call ahead so we can confirm the vaccine is in stock and book a time that works for you.
Can a pharmacist help with a minor health concern?
Our pharmacists can assess certain minor ailments and, where appropriate, prescribe treatment. Call us to ask whether your concern can be handled at the pharmacy.
Does sending a refill request guarantee my refill?
No. A pharmacist reviews every request, and we will contact you if we need to clarify anything. For urgent needs, please call us.
